The image shows an ancient architectural structure in a desolate setting. The structure includes partially standing walls and columns with Caryatid statues. The background contains a rounded hill and an empty horizon under a sky. Stones and columns are scattered around the ruins, and two figures in dark clothing are present. The scene is depicted in sepia tones, reminiscent of early photography.
