The sculpture depicts two overlapping heart shapes surrounded by a rectangular border. Above the right heart is the letter "E". The material is weathered and has a grey tone. The initials and hearts are carved with a rough, hand-made quality, and the surface appears textured and aged, showing marks and imperfections.
