This is a photograph of a wall with graffiti. It shows a section of a building with a horizontal siding and a barred window. The words "NO LOITERING" are spray-painted in white on the wall. Below, next to two trash bins on the sidewalk, there is another graffiti that says "RIP RALPH". The image is set in a circular frame, capturing urban art and its interaction with public space. On the left of the photograph is printed text that seems to be related to the image.
