coat of arms, with sable (black) represented by dark blue: quarterly: 1 & 4, or, an eagle displayed sable crowned or; 2 & 3, bendy of six azure and or, in the fourth bend in the second quarter and the second ben in the third quarter an eagle displayed sable; overall on a pale gules the papal tiara and crossed keys
