The image shows two figures in a natural setting among trees, rocks, and plants. The figure on the right is standing with their full body visible, looking upward with both arms raised towards a radiant light emanating from an angelic figure above them in the sky. This person appears to have a short beard and hair, and wears a monk's robe cinched at the waist. The second figure is seated on the left side, gazing up in the same direction with a hand shielding their eyes. They also wear a similar robe and hold a set of large beads or rosary in their left hand. The background features a landscape with trees and a distant building or estate beneath a dramatic sky filled with clouds and rays of light. The detailed engraving captures both figures within a rocky outcrop, with the foreground complemented by leafy branches and small blooming flowers.
