The image depicts several figures in a historical or religious setting. In the center, a bearded man in a long robe and bishop's mitre holds an infant, looking upwards. To his left is another person in a long robe. In the lower right corner, there are kneeling figures including a praying woman, a woman holding an infant, and a man with his hand on his chest. A standing woman holds a child and gestures towards the center. The sky above has clouds, cherubs, and angels, some holding an object with "MARIA" inscribed on it. The background features architectural elements and figures in draped clothing.
