The image shows a pair of scissors and a comb surrounded by thin, white swirling lines resembling strands of hair. The color palette is monochromatic with mostly black and white. The scissors are at the upper center and the comb extends diagonally from the bottom left towards the center, both intertwined with the swirling lines.
