Artist, French, 1592 - 1635

There are two full-bodied figures in the image, a man and a woman, standing side by side facing forward. The man is labeled "Pulliciniello" on the left and poses with a slight twist to his body, holding a stick-like object under his arm. He has a large hooked nose, a mustache, and wears a loose-fitting outfit with a cape draped over one shoulder and wide-legged trousers. The woman, labeled "Sig.ra Lucretia," stands to the right holding a fan in one hand while her other hand rests on her hip. She has her hair styled up, adorned with some decoration, and wears a long, voluminous dress with gathered sleeves accentuating her waist. In the background, there are various buildings and figures engaged in what seems to be animated interactions, including dancing with raised hands and outstretched legs. The setting appears to be outdoors, resembling a village or town square.
