The image features a woman sitting down with the infant Jesus on her lap. They are placed at the center with a serene expression. The woman has long hair with curls and wears a crown and richly designed attire. She holds a scepter. The infant Jesus looks towards the viewer, wearing a halo and holding an orb. Two angels are on each side, with a dove above them amidst rays of light. The background shows a Gothic architectural setting with columns, arches, and decorative elements, along with statues and birds.
