This is a drawing of an elaborate carriage or ceremonial float adorned with mythological figures and creatures. The central structure resembles a colonnade with foliage on top and a seated figure. Around this structure are figures that resemble mythical sea creatures or deities with tridents. The float is being drawn by two large creatures that appear to be goats. An inscription in Italian at the top describes the scene related to a prince. The style of the drawing features detailed line work and imaginative subject matter reminiscent of the High Renaissance or Baroque period.
