This is a drawing of a decorative architectural element with historical and heraldic imagery. The image features a richly detailed symmetrical design with a large crest on the left, adorned with a crown and two heraldic shields. Below the crest, there is a circular decoration with symbolic elements. In the middle, there are musical horns and other intricate baroque-style decorations surrounding a scene depicting figures in a public or ceremonial space. The word "OBSID" is inscribed at the top of the drawing and the text "Les Rochelleys demandant pardon au Roi" is at the bottom.
