This is a drawing of a fantastical sea-themed procession. The image depicts an elaborate mythical parade. Central to the arrangement is a large, ornate chariot dominated by a layered structure draped with seaweed-like foliage, which is pulled by a large creature resembling a sea monster. Scattered around the chariot are figures with aquatic features, wielding tridents, and appearing as though emerging from the sea itself. Complementing them are additional sea creatures and figures intricately drawn. The banner near the top right corner of the image contains text in Italian.
