This is a drawing of two figures engaged in a sword fight. The figures are captured mid-action, each holding a rapier. They are in a duel, with one figure on the left ready to strike, while the other on the right is also in a defensive and attacking stance. Both figures are dressed in clothing reminiscent of the Renaissance or Baroque period, with puffed sleeves and detailed clothing. The background is minimal, drawing attention to the action between the two figures within a simple rectangular frame.
