The artwork features five individuals in various poses. At the top center, a woman sits on a swirling cloud with a child on her lap, both adorned with halos. Surrounding them are smaller winged cherubs integrated with clouds. Below, on the left, stands a barefoot, bearded older man looking upwards, while on the right, an older man in religious robes stands with clasped hands. In the foreground, a figure dressed in ornate robes kneels facing the woman and child, wearing a papal-like tiara with hands pressed together in prayer. The background shows an undulating landscape.
