This is a drawing of a group of aristocrats engaged in conversation in front of a cityscape with a construction scene in the background. The image shows a collection of figures in conversation. One central figure is holding a document or map. The accompanying individuals carry weapons and some appear to listen attentively. In the background, there is a walled city with detailed architecture, including domes and spires. A group of workers is engaged in digging or building activity, and a bridge or aqueduct is being constructed with workers laboring at different levels.
