The image shows two full-length figures standing side by side, identified as Pulliciniello and Sigra. Lucretia. Pulliciniello is on the left, slightly turned to the right and holding hands with Sigra. Lucretia. He has a hooked nose, a curved mustache, and wears a long-sleeved garment, pointed shoes, and a draped cape. Sigra. Lucretia is on the right, facing forward with her left hand on her hip and extending her other arm to hold Pulliciniello's hand. She has styled hair with curls, wearing a long dress with balloon sleeves and a cinched waist. The background shows a townscape with small houses and figures in motion, some carrying swords.
