The image contains four oval frames, each depicting a different religious saint or event with inscriptions above. The first scene shows a church with a figure kneeling before it, labeled "S. Phocas MAR." The upper right scene shows a figure in religious robes gazing up at the sky, with clouds above and the inscription "S. THEOPHI EPVS." The lower left scene illustrates a person driving a horse-drawn chariot towards a building under the inscription "S. CONON MAR." The lower right scene depicts a figure kneeling next to a ladder against a wall, with rays of light shining down, labeled "SS. PERPET VA ET FOELIC M." Each scene features detailed line work and is signed "Israel ex."
