There are four illustrations in oval frames within a grid of empty rectangles. The top left shows Saint Bonaventure kneeling, facing an angel holding a chalice, set against columns and drapery. The top right depicts Saint Justus, a soldier holding a musical instrument with another figure next to him in Roman-style armor under a cloudy sky. The bottom left features Saint Henry, a king with demons nearby holding a church-like building, with a simple structure in the background. The bottom right shows Antiochus reclining with attendants in a landscape setting with clouds. Each frame is labeled with the saint's name and the date, 14th or 15th of July, with "Israel ex" at the bottom of each oval.
