The image is divided into four panels depicting different historical and religious scenes. In the top left panel, labeled "S. AVREA VIRG.," three figures in robes stand by a body of water. One figure appears to be baptizing another, while a third figure holds a staff. Buildings line the shoreline in the background. The top right panel, labeled "S. BARTHOLOMEVS APLUS," shows a figure tied to an X-shaped cross with two other figures in loincloths nearby. Ruins and open skies are in the background. In the bottom left panel, titled "S. LVDOVICVS REX FRANCIAE," a figure in regal attire stands in front of an architectural backdrop, holding a scepter. The bottom right panel, "S. GENNEYS MART.," features three figures; a kneeling person is tended to by a robed figure and angels, with architectural structures and onlookers in the background. The panels have an ornate, historical illustrative style.
