The image is divided into four separate illustrations, each occupying a quadrant of the frame. In the top left quadrant, two figures are standing over a seated figure. The standing figures are holding bound groups of sticks. This segment is labeled "S. Candida Virg. Et M." The top right quadrant depicts a figure, who appears to be a bearded man with a halo, adorned in a robe, holding a book or tablet. This figure is accompanied by a smaller winged figure, likely an angel. This segment reads "S. Matheus. Aplvs."

The bottom left quadrant features two figures, one adult and one child, with the adult figure holding a dish towards the child. The adult figure is also haloed and dressed in flowing garments, while the child, who is kneeling, appears to be receiving something. The setting is against the backdrop of a simple church-like structure. This is labeled "S. Iphigenia Virg." Finally, the bottom right quadrant shows a crowd scene with multiple figures, centered around one main figure in armor with a halo, seemingly leading the group. All are carrying long-standard spears. The background here is sparse, with the focus on the figures, and it reads "S. Mavritivs Cum Sociis."
