The image shows four oval illustrations on a single sheet, divided into four sections.

1. The upper left oval depicts "S. ROMARICUS ABBAS" holding a book, set against a background of a town with a tower and trees.

2. The upper right oval features "S. LEOCADIA VIRG. ET M." kneeling in front of a crucifix against a wall with a barred window.

3. The lower left oval shows "SS. MÆNNAS ET HERMO. GENES M." two male figures holding palm branches.

4. The lower right oval contains "S. DAMASUS PAP" in a papal tiara and robe, with another figure standing in the background.
