This is a drawing of a group of people engaged in an interaction outside a building. The composition includes multiple figures dressed in robes, some of whom appear to be exchanging items or greetings on the steps of a grand architectural structure. The building, complete with arches and an open window from which another figure looks out, suggests a classical setting. The scene is rich in architectural detail, with meticulous lines depicting the stone façade and tiled roofs, as well as the delicate rendering of foliage in the background. The attire of the figures and their postures give the drawing a serene and formal ambiance. A small dog on the steps adds an element of everyday life to the gathering.
