This is a drawing of a nativity scene. The image shows a child lying in a manger, surrounded by figures looking upon the scene. Above the scene, a stream of light descends from a break in the clouds with cherubic figures. The stable setting is made of rustic wooden beams. The caption at the bottom in Latin translates to "Christ is born of the Virgin Mary." The drawing is detailed with etching lines and shading.
