The image shows three individuals. The first person on the left stands with a slight turn to the left, cloaked with a cape and wearing a hat with a long feather. The middle figure faces forward and appears to be playing a stringed musical instrument, dressed in a long, flowing garment and topped with a decorated hat featuring a plume. The third person on the right is turned slightly to the right, hands held behind the back, also wearing a feathered hat, a doublet, and shoes, with a sword hanging by the side. Each person's facial features are sketched with minimal detail. The background is plain, emphasizing the figures against an empty space. An inscription is present below the figures, but the paper itself has no other embellishments or design elements.
