The image shows three full-body figures positioned against a plain background. The person on the left is walking while wearing a cloak that covers most of their body and a tall hat adorned with a single plume. The central figure is depicted from the back with an elaborate cloak draped over their shoulders and similar headwear with a feather. The face is not visible due to the position. On the right, a third figure is captured mid-step, also wearing a voluminous cloak and a hat with feathers. Their facial features are not detailed due to the small size of the figures. The background is plain, with no discernible objects or patterns, and beneath the figures, there is some text which reads "Cum Privile Reg. Israel excudit."
