This image depicts a military scene with soldiers and camp tents. The drawing shows soldiers, some on horseback and others on foot, holding long guns, marching in columns towards a camp. Flags and banners with ornate patterns are visible among the soldiers. Smoke is seen coming from the firing of muskets. In the background, a castle or fortress stands atop a hill, while tents and supplies are visible. The soldiers are depicted in detailed uniforms and gear, with some of them pointing as if giving orders or directions. A dog is also present in the foreground. The artwork features intricate linework typical of etching styles from historical periods of significant military campaigns.
