Artist, French, 1592 - 1635

This is a drawing of a caravan of travelers and animals in motion. The composition features a line of riders on horses and camels, some of which are draped in flowing garments, while the animals carry packs or additional figures. The scene showcases a detailed, linear style with figures carrying staffs or spears. The upper left corner of the image contains text in French. Despite the monochrome palette, the intricate linework and shading convey movement and atmosphere.
