The image features four full-bodied figures in the foreground. An elderly man sits at the center on a stone with long hair and a flowing beard, while two individuals attend to him. One figure on the left appears to touch the elderly man's face, and the other, on the right, stands holding a staff. A winged figure stands on the right with detailed feathered wings. A small dog is near their feet. The background shows trees and part of a stone building with arches and windows, creating a serene atmosphere.
