The image depicts a man seated on a horse. He is turned slightly to his right side, showing a profile and partial rear view. The man has a mustache, wears a hat that appears to wrap turban-style, and is dressed in a long robe or coat with a belt. Another horse is seen in the background, tethered and trailing behind the first horse. The background shows faint outlines suggesting a landscape of rolling hills or dunes in the distance.
