This is a drawing of the letter 'F'. The large letter 'F' is outlined in black against a plain background, occupying most of the page. There is some handwritten text inside the outline of the letter, which reads "Helvetica bold italic p 31" followed by "8 1/2 x 12". Brown tape is used to affix the paper to a surface at the top corners, and there are slight signs of wear, such as a small tear in one corner. The lines are precise, giving a sense of geometric simplicity and utilitarian design.
