The image shows a man next to a public trash receptacle. He is upright, slightly leaning towards the trash can. The man wears a dark hat with a medium brim and a cigar in his mouth. He is dressed in a double-breasted suit with a tie, and his coat appears neatly buttoned. Additional fabric is draped over the trash can beside him. The trash receptacle is white with a printed message about local littering laws. The background is a blurred city street, hinting at vehicles present, shot under low lighting conditions typical of evening or night in an urban setting.
