This is a drawing of a note card with handwritten text and symbols. The note card is oriented horizontally, with light brown lines across its surface. In the top left corner, the year "1958" is written. Below this, a sentence is written in German. In the center of the card, there is a circle containing various small symbols. Additional German handwriting is present on the lower right. The handwriting is a mix of cursive and script, with use of pencil and brown ink. The appearance suggests that the card was used for documentation or archival purposes.
