This is a photograph of a building covered in fabric. The fabric is white, and it is wrapped tightly around the building, obscuring its details. The sky behind the building is bright blue, and in front of it is a flag with horizontal stripes of black, red, and yellow. In front of the building, a crowd of people has gathered, almost all facing the building, their backs to us.
