Homage to Jacques Callot

This is a drawing of a cavalry charge scene. The artwork depicts numerous mounted figures charging across a battlefield. The horses are in full motion, with a sense of movement conveyed by the lines and poses. Plumes of smoke rise into the air, and there are fallen figures and horses on the ground, suggesting conflict. The lines are detailed, capturing the tension and action of the moment.
