Overview: 154 fine impressions of Callot's extensive work were selected from the Baumfeld and Rosenwald collections. The exhibition celebrated the recent gift to the Gallery of the collection of Rudolf L. Baumfeld of Los Angeles, who had assembled nearly 1,200 of the 1,428 known prints by Callot. Lessing J.Rosenwald wrote the preface to the catalogue.
