Overview: 99 watercolors created by Winslow Homer during the years between 1873 and 1905 were borrowed from 60 public and private American collections to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the artist's birth.

Organization: The exhibition was organized by Helen A. Cooper, curator at Yale University Art Gallery. Nicolai Cikovsky Jr. was coordinator at the National Gallery. Gaillard Ravenel and Mark Leithauser designed the exhibition, and Gordon Anson designed the lighting for the National Gallery.

Sponsor: The exhibition was supported by IBM Corporation.
