Executive Chef Chris Curtis demonstrates how he creates his signature jerk chicken recipe and other traditional Jamaican cuisine. These culinary offerings are presented in celebration of the Afro-Atlantic Histories exhibition and Curtis’s Jamaican heritage. They will be available in the Cascade Café through the length of the exhibition.
