Erica Buddington is a culture curator who designs culturally relevant curricula, writes, and performs work that reflects the diaspora, and defies and decolonizes the status quo.

Join us as we delve into the National Gallery of Art's permanent collection and the Afro-Atlantic Histories exhibition to explore artworks that depict the nuance and journey of Black life in America. We will experiment with different ways found poetry can enhance the contextualization of your creative process.

Materials: Paper, pencil, black marker, and a block of printed text from a magazine or newspaper.
