JUNGLE is inspired by the paintings of French artist Henri Rousseau. Create an imaginary landscape. You can mix and match the animals, control the weather and lighting conditions, or construct flowers, trees, and plants. An "AUTO" button generates random compositions so you can sample program options and experiment with special effects as a starting point for your own designs.  To begin, just click one of the menu pictures above. If you need help with the program, click the question mark.

If the top of this page is blank, download or update Shockwave Player. Your design will disappear if you click the eraser, use the AUTO button, close your browser, or shut down your computer.

To print your tropical scene, click the printer-shaped icon to the right of the question mark. If you use your browser's print button, the picture will not print. To save the image on your computer, take a screenshot.  To start over, choose a new grid or pattern, or click the eraser.

For some offline fun, try some of the activities in MY JUNGLE, or make up some of your own.

For best results, run your PC or Macintosh web browser in 32-bit mode.

If your Mac is running Lion or Mountain Lion, or if you are experiencing plug-in problems,
you may prefer using the downloadable desktop application for OS X   or the free Jungle CD.
