Biography
An important old master dealer in Paris, Charles Sedelmeyer [1837-1925] published a series of catalogues to his gallery's holdings from 1894 - c.1915. He was an advisor to such collectors as Rodolphe and Maurice Kann, J. Pierpont Morgan and Marczell de Nemes.
